clean room great location broken bed frame blocked dispenser

The room was very clean! It had fresh decorations, and it was in a fantastic location. The staff responded to my messages quickly. We will definitely return!

The bed frame was broken. It collapsed and the mattress was also broken. The TV was not working. The soap dispenser in the shower did not work and was blocked.

mixed feelings regarding the stay

noisy key entry chipped sink

the bed mattress was acceptably soft.

the constant trickling of water in the radiator was unsettling. the noisy key entry systems were a pain, requiring code entry every time. i found the small, chipped sink and its overhanging mixer tap inconvenient.

lovely stay near the sea

perfect location good bonus easy access

The location was perfect with a double and single bed it suited my needs well. I found a fridge a good bonus for keeping drinks cool. easy code access made entry simple and i appreciated the privacy it afforded. i definitely plan to book again.

i noticed the walls seemed quite thin. i could hear conversations from neighboring rooms, which at times disturbed my peace.

my room included a comfortable bed alongside a mini refrigerator and a useful hairdryer. there was also a kettle, with tea, coffee, and milk provided. it offered a cozy touch for preparing a drink.

Check-in and check-out are easily done online. i arrived and a friendly person was at reception. She assisted me with opening the room door. she gave clear explanations and was quick to help.

while there isn't a full restaurant on site, the tea and coffee in the room adds a nice touch. several cafes and restaurants were close. it gave a lot of choice.

experienced service fantastic welcome

The staff provided experienced service, a detail I greatly valued. The location suited my needs, placing me close to the sea and town center. The team was very informative as well.

The shower shared space with the toilet. This was inconvenient.
